I have a pretty basic assembly (9 fuel rods, 6 control rods, 1 Boiler, 1 Turbine attached to a medium generator and the a propeller shaft & 1 condenser using seawater as coolant) but I cant seem to get enough power to propel my relatively small vessel (30701 units of mass) at anything greater than 2.5 knots.
